Our Guarantee;

Davidson's Drive-by Details is a fully ensured mobile valeting business and we aim for 100% satisfaction when carrying out our services, we pride ourselves on all our work, which is why you will often see images posted on our social media platforms. If you do not wish your vehicle to be posted online or if for whatever reason, you are unhappy with a service that we have provided for you, please contact us within 24 hours (with images) so that we can discuss this directly with you and offer a date and time to rectify the issue. Bookings:

We require as much notice time as possible and we aim to always fit you in at our earliest opportunity. Customers should remove all personal belongings/valuables from the vehicle prior to interior work being carried out as Davidson's Drive-by Details will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle being worked on. Our service times are estimate only, each vehicle is different and may require more or less time than originally stated. All our prices shown on flyers, social media platforms, given via email/messages or telephone are quotes only and are subject to change once staff have sight of the vehicle. The quotation may be changed should the vehicle require less or more work than requested or if the vehicle is not as described to us at the time of booking. For example - if the vehicle is heavily soiled with pet hair, mud and sand then this will incur an additional charge. All of this will be discussed and agreed with the customer prior to any work being carried out. We offer a free, no-obligation vehicle inspection (upon request) prior to any booking being made. Whilst every effort will be made to keep our maintenance customers bookings to the same day and time each week, we can not guarantee this. All of our services are carried out at the customers own risk and you must disclose to us all defects, damage or weaknesses in your vehicle. If any customer would prefer a paper invoice then please let us know and we will be happy to assist. Payments can be made via BACS or cash. Payments by cash must be paid for on the day. BACS payments must be paid within 3 days -this is highlighted on invoice. Failure to pay on time will occur a late payment fee. Please note that we do not accept payment via cheque or Paypal. Cancellations:

We require all customers to provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any bookings, this allows us time to replace the appointment with another customer. Failure to give us 48 hours notice will occur a charge of half the cost of the service booked in for that day. Should you wish to cancel your booking within 24 hours or on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the service booked in for that day. We operate all year around however in the event of circumstances out with our control, such as - adverse weather, equipment failure, illness then we may need to cancel our services for you, in this instance we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to notify you of the cancellation and we will then offer a priority booking to you at your earliest convenience. Terms and conditions are there to protect you as well as us. We build our business on recommendations and we always go the extra mile for our customers. Please book in confidence.

Unfortunately due to the ever rising cost of fuel, insurance, rent, chemical and materials we are having to revise some of our prices. This is something we have never done in the past 5 to 6 years since we have been operating but without doing so it just won't be sustainable for the future of the buisness.

I honestly dreaded the day of putting prices up and I hope you all know it’s not something I am doing intentionally just to earn an extra buck or two. This small increase simply helps cover these forever rising costs so we can keep servicing our clients vehicles to the highest standard.

As of the 1st of April all our maintance plans will be increased by £5 and all of our larger services such as full interior and exterior detailing packages will rise by 10%.

I hope all my current clients can understand these changes and I would like to thank you for your loyal custom up to this date and going forward from this day, it really is highly appreciated and without you my small business wouldn't be where it is today. Any issues or questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.

The 1st correction and ceramic coated car leaving DDD this year.

This customer came to us complaining about a couple of small scratches around the rear number plate. We decontaminated the full exterior of the vehicle and carried out a full inspection under dedicated lighting showing the customer the extent of the damage to the whole vehicle. We agreed on a correction level they were happy with and sealed it off with one of our favourite ceramics.
