Hey guys

Can we just remind people when enquiring for a quote that we don’t just pluck prices out of thin air. A lot goes into our pricing. How many bedrooms and bathrooms there are, if there’s Venetian blinds, what materials we’re working with which products will be required etc.

Along with the travel to you, how long the job will take to complete. There is so much that goes into our pricing and it’s quite disheartening when people enquire and we’re taking unpaid admin time to respond to your enquiry with a quote to be totally ignored.

We don’t expect to be in everyone’s budgets and for people to always accept our quote. But the least you can do is thank us for our time and let us know you won’t be going ahead.

We aren’t by any means budget cleaners. If you take time to look at our social media pages, reviews and results of our deep cleans, you’ll see why we charge what we do.

6 years into the game and we are perfectionists and leave every client satisfied.

A little something that’s been on my mind…

Recently, there’s been a lot of discussion within the cleaning community about the prices cleaners charge. It’s something I’ve also experienced personally, especially over the past weekend, where I received several messages questioning my hourly rate.

The truth is, professional cleaning is so much more than “just cleaning.”

It’s early mornings, long days, physical work that takes its toll on your body, lifting, bending, scrubbing, and being on your feet for hours at a time. It’s also running a business behind the scenes, paying for insurance, fuel, equipment, high quality cleaning products, laundry, vehicle costs, and everything else that comes with providing a professional service.

Am I the cheapest cleaner? No, and I never aim to be.

What I do offer is reliability. If I say I’ll be there, I’ll be there. I’m fully insured, experienced, trustworthy, and I genuinely take pride in every home I clean. I treat my clients’ homes with the same care and respect I would my own, and I always aim to leave every property to the highest standard possible.

When you hire a professional cleaner, you’re not just paying for someone to clean your home. You’re paying for experience, attention to detail, peace of mind, consistency, and someone you can trust to care for your home.

Everyone has a budget, and I completely understand that. If my services aren’t the right fit financially, there will always be someone else who may suit your budget better, and that’s absolutely okay. But I won’t undervalue my work or lower my standards simply to compete on price.
