Hi the next few weeks I have several girls on holiday.
Normally I have summer staff to help cover, but I have not got this luxury at the moment.
If you’re due on holiday pls let me know.
Also if I have to cancel temporarily please understand I’m trying my best x

🌞 HOT WEATHER NOTICE 🌞

With the temperatures rising this week, the wellbeing of our staff is our priority while they continue providing the best service possible.

Cleaning is physical work, with constant movement and carrying equipment. Therefore we kindly ask clients to help us keep working conditions as cool and safe as possible by:

• Keeping blinds and curtains closed where possible
• Allowing windows to remain closed during the hottest parts of the day
• Please note conservatories will not be cleaned during extreme heat due to unsafe temperatures
• If possible, offering staff drinking water would be greatly appreciated 💧
• Whilst we will try to stay on time your scheduled clean may be a little later whilst staff take short breaks.

We appreciate your understanding and support while our team works hard in these hot conditions. Thank you for your continued kindness and cooperation ☀️🩷

A thought

When you hire a cleaner/ housekeeper

You are inviting a stranger into your home.

You’re allowing them to go in every room unattended.

Do you know their history!?

Do you know where they live if any issues? ( they know where you live)

What happens if something gets damaged ?
Or worse stolen.

All they have too do is block your phone number.

Before hiring a cleaner/ housekeeper

Check that they have a current dbs
Check it!!!
Check their ID to know it’s them on the dbs check.

Get their address ( they know yours)

Check their insurance

Get a contract signed

And ask them what happens if there’s an issue.

Get their Utr number to show their Hmrc registered .

If any of these are questions they don’t want to answer Red flags!!!!🚩

I see so many customers who didn’t ask this.
And sadly it’s been a different ending too having a clean home.
