We were recently contacted by a customer who had noticed some mysterious marks on the back of their sofa. They couldn't work out where they were coming from, and naturally, they were concerned.

After a closer inspection, the culprit was quickly identified... their much-loved large dog! 🐾

Dogs naturally produce oils in their coats, and this particular furry friend had a favourite habit of rubbing against the back of the sofa before sliding down to settle in for a nap. Over time, those natural oils built up, leaving noticeable stains surprisingly high up on the fabric.

The good news? It was an easy fix for us.

Today we were asked to clean three bedrooms, a landing and staircase, plus a rug.

One of the bedrooms presented a bit of a challenge after our client's son, who is a practising tattoo artist, had an unfortunate accident and spilled a large amount of tattoo ink onto the carpet.

Last week we cleaned all the sofas and chairs, and this week we returned to bring the carpets back to life!

As always, we take extreme care while working in our customers’ homes — protecting paintwork, carefully moving hoses throughout the property, and working methodically from start to finish.

We treated red wine stains, draught marks under doors, and several other stubborn spots, leaving the carpets looking fresh, clean, and revived.
