We are passionate about understanding the needs and requirements of the service user and also their families, as we believe it is important to ensure both service users and their families are as involved and info
rmed in their care as much as possible. Our services are then tailored to meet these individual needs of the Service User whilst ensuring that Service Users are still able to maintain and maximize their independence. We aim to provide high quality care and support at all times. Our services consist of supporting Service Users with their daily living skills such as meal preparations, shopping, gardening and cleaning. In addition supporting Service Users with their personal care tasks, such as washing, and dressing. We also support Service Users in fully accessing their local healthcare professionals. Our dedicated, compassionate and friendly care workers are committed in providing support and care to service users with dignity and respect. Our care workers are professional at all times, but at the same time they will ensure they provide care with warmth and a smile. All our care workers undergo interviewing and checking procedures, which include full referencing, enhanced Disclosure and Barring service (DBS) check and a safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults from Abuse check. Before our care workers start caring for the service users, they will undergo induction training, followed by shadowing by a supervisor.
