This quarry floor had been sealed with a wood varnish many years ago. This isn’t recommended as it’s not designed for tiles and won’t let the floor breath.
It all had to be stripped off by hand and machine using various solutions.
It also had some efflorescence (salts) which were removed.
It was then deep cleaned and sealed with a mat breathable sealer.

Large 100sqm LVT floor that had recently been laid but had excess adhesive from fitting, paint, grip fill and general builders dirt all over it.
This was all cleaned off using a rotary floor machine. Edges and some stubborn areas done by hand.

Hallway floor that had numerous damaged and missing tiles. It wasn’t cost effective to remove every cracked/damaged tile so I just relaid a couple of loose ones.

Hallway floor which had pipes put in a few years back and tiles disrupted. The gap wasn’t retiled just filled with concrete. The customer saved most of the tiles and cleaned the sides of the tiles, she also managed to remove the concrete.
I made the floor good, then retiled with as many of the original tiles as possible, a few tiles had to be cut from other size tiles.

This quarry floor tile had a topical seal applied by the previous owners. As you can see from the photos it has started to wear in certain areas and look a mess. This needed stripping off using a combination of the correct solutions, a scraper and a rotary floor cleaning machine.
Once all removed it was then deep cleaned and looking a lot better.

Original hallway floor that had a few loose tiles. These were lifted cleaned and relaid.
Once set the whole floor was deep cleaned and sealed with a matt breathable sealer.

Original hallway floor that had a few damaged tiles, these were carefully removed and original tiles relaid.
The floor was then stripped of an old sealer, deep cleaned and sealed with a breathable sealer.
