Here’s why I’ve been a little quiet…
I had a week down in lovely Cornwall with my family. Lots of walks along the beach, we visited the Eden Project, the lovely towns of Perranporth, Newquay and Mevagissey, ate lots of pasties and ice cream🤤 So a much needed break!

But then the Fibromyalgia took its toll and I’ve spent the majority of this week in bed😪 I pushed as much as I could but some days it just was not happening.

Fast forward to today and I’m still in lots of pain and unable to do a lot. But life keeps going and there’s always light at the end of the tunnel 🌅
