Have you ever wondered why we have a late cancellation fee?

At Peachy Clean, any cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice is charged at the full cost of the scheduled clean.

Why?

Imagine your employer texted you the night before and said, "We don't need you tomorrow, so you won't be getting paid."

You'd suddenly lose a day's income through no fault of your own.

It's exactly the same for self-employed cleaners. When a clean is cancelled at the last minute, we usually don't have enough time to fill that space with another booking.

Our 24-hour cancellation policy is not there to punish anyone, it gives us the opportunity to offer that time to someone else and still earn our wage

A reminder that even on our busiest days, there's always time to be kind. 💛🐝

This little bee had got itself stuck in a window frame while I was cleaning this morning.
Thankfully, a gentle rescue was all it needed🫶🏼

We are currently not taking on any new regular clients due to a full diary 📔

One-off cleans are still being booked, subject to availability 😀

Spending the morning cleaning my own home… ugh!
Where does the motivation go?
I’ll happily scrub someone else’s toilet! My own? What a chore!!
