This landlord in Mountsorrel wanted a complete new bathroom suite including the shower area replaced with a bath and shower screen, Aqua wall panels instead of tiles, we ripped it out, disposed of the waste, supplied & fitted a whole new suite with wall panels for £2,900 completed in 2 days as not to disrupt the tenants ⭐️

This customer in Quorn was quoted £1,800 to have her kitchen spray painted grey, we ripped out the old kitchen, disposed of it & supplied and fitted all new cabinets including grey doors and new handles, (the spaces are for free standing dishwasher & washing machine they decided not to have built in)
Completed in in 2 days for just £2,500 + new oven & hob ⭐️

We got a lovely contract today with Morris Homes in Hugglescote, All there new build cleans including the carpets ready for the new owners ⭐️

Leaking gutters had caused mould to grow in this bathroom, We treated all the bathroom walls & ceiling with anti fungal spray & once dry wash down with a bleach solution.

And 2026 it all starts again 🤦‍♂️….. we’re only into the 1st week of January and we already have 14 End of tenancy cleans and 2 Bio Hazzard cleans booked
Looks like another busy year ahead.

Running 3 vans we get at least 3-4 of these a week!!! 😡 drives me mad but unfortunately parking in city centres close to the job is becoming impossible so what can we do?
