Illness in your house..

Now that winter is fast approaching illness will become more frequent in your household and we really don’t want to catch anything nasty; it is our company policy that you inform us if anybody is poorly in your house and it will be your cleaners discretion if they attend your clean.

If you do not inform us and we arrive and there is a member of your family inside the house with noticeable illness symptoms we will terminate the clean and you will be expected to pay for it.

we will also inform you when we do not feel 100% and will ALWAYS leave you the choice to continue with your clean, or skip until the next one.

Unfortunately COVID is doing its round again, a member of our team has already come down with this and it’s a nasty one🤮
