Yesterday afternoon one of our Blue and gold Macaws Ozzy got spooked and decided to take flight. we tracked him going towords the railway lines near the Lancaster arms before losing sight of him.

On Friday the 12th January is the start of our new seated dance class; “𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐞, 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥” - 𝐀 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐧’𝐬!

Classes are supported by Parkinson's EQUIP, Active Blaby and People Dancing, what a team💪🏼

▪️A fun and creative movement class incorporating different dance styles, movement and imagery to get you moving and improve your mobility and wellbeing.

▪️The best part - IT’S FREE IN JANUARY!!! You have nothing to loose, come and try it, give it a go, if you like it GREAT👍🏼

▪️This class is aimed for people who have Parkinson’s but will help anybody to get more mobile.

▪️The class will include everyone, whether you have a walker, a chair or are feeling unsteady on your feet, exercises are adapted for all as there’s 2 teachers - we’ve got it all covered!

We will reward ourselves afterwards with a cuppa and a biscuit 🍪 ☕️
