Window Cleaner / Outdoor Technician (Performance-Based Role)

Leeds & surrounding areas

We’re looking for someone reliable and hard-working to join our growing exterior cleaning business.

This is not a “turn up and do your hours” job.

We run a performance-based system where:

* the more you get done, the more you earn
* strong days = higher pay
* finish early once the day’s work is complete

💰 Pay:

* Base pay + performance bonuses
* Typical earnings: £100–£140+ per day
* Higher earnings as you improve speed and efficiency

🚗 Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence
* Own vehicle (to get to our base each morning)
* Must be insurable to drive company van
* Able to start early and be on time consistently

🧠 What we’re looking for:

* Reliable and punctual (this is non-negotiable)
* Works at a good pace
* Takes pride in doing the job properly
* Comfortable working independently
* Wants to earn more, not just do the minimum
