🐀 🐀 Engineers attended a property in Leeds due to rat infestation under the kitchen floor. Our Customer was having a new Kitchen fitted and when the Joiner came to look at the waste pipework to the kitchen sink, found Rats had chewed through it. So for a very long time all the kitchen waste and dishwasher waste was going to ground.

All Externals and Internal drains surveyed and no other defects were found. Further inspection under the floor gave signs of high rat traffic. Pest control called to investigate further. 🐀 🐀

Have your drains checked to prevent any damage that you can’t see. Camera never lies…..

We have been busy today in the York area picking up some good jobs. Keeping the sewers flowing across Yorkshire.

Engineer even had time to nip to the gym to assist with ongoing issues other contractors couldn’t do. Timed it well as met Area manager who wants other sites looking at and PO already through for two sites. Happy Friday.

Our off road CCTV unit out and about. If you’re buying a property have you had the drains surveyed before committing to it. What could be underneath the ground. Call us today for survey work to check the condition. Call with any Drainage issues we cover the whole of Yorkshire. Too many cowboys out there trying to do this work and they haven’t got a clue. Get the experts in with the right equipment.
