She only wanted her second-hand sofa “freshened up”… but look what was hiding beneath the dirt! 😲

A heavily sweat-stained mattress in York — and a transformation worth watching!

Over time, sweat, body oils and dead skin can build up deep inside a mattress, leaving yellow marks, unpleasant odours and an unhygienic sleeping surface.

This mattress needed much more than a quick surface clean. We used professional cleaning solutions, mechanical agitation and hot water extraction to remove as much contamination as possible from deep within the fabric.

Six dogs, one three-piece suite… and a serious cleaning challenge! 🐶🐶🐶

Karen, who lives near Wakefield and shares her home with six dogs, contacted us to professionally clean her three-piece suite.

As you can see in the video, the upholstery was heavily soiled and covered with dog urine stains. This was not a job for a quick spray and wipe — it required professional solutions, thorough agitation and deep extraction to remove the contamination from the fabric.

The second part of the video shows the condition in which we left the suite: deeply cleaned, refreshed and looking completely different.

I love this job not only because it provides a living for me and my family, but also because of the people and places it brings into my life.

Over the years, I’ve met so many wonderful customers, and some of those professional relationships have grown into genuine friendships. Every day is different, every customer has a story, and every property has its own character.

Another part of the job I truly enjoy is travelling around Yorkshire and discovering beautiful places where our customers live. Sometimes the view outside is almost as satisfying as the cleaning result inside… almost! 😄

🎨 **When the living room carpet becomes the children’s drawing board…**
