Another one I loved doing! 🫣 this tenant got in a rut & didn’t have the courage to seek the help they needed! 😔 but we sure got gave them a head start with this huge clear out so they could move to a fresh start! 😊

No cleaning was done as the property is getting demolished but needed to be empty before they were allowed a new one!
