Be Aware All Our Customers & Potential Customers 🚨

Today we had a strange exchange on WhatsApp. Someone wanted us to clean a sofa for someone they know (either a neighbour, family or friend). Then lie to said customer and tell them our price was £60 to clean it when it’s actually £39.99. Then send them the remaining £20! They also promised to send us many more customers if we do the first one. We will be very clear on this WE WILL NEVER EVER TAKE PART IN SUCH DISHONESTY. Plus we have a fantastic customer base who we class as friends which we would never lie to! We don’t need the extra work!

If anyone books us and tells you we are charging them more than advertised we guarantee you they are lying and we are not! In fact usually the final bill is less than advertised! In a world where everyone is struggling for money this is so worrying!

We have a challenge for all our customers! Get a damp (not wet) white cloth and pat it on your carpet or sofa for 10 seconds. Even if your carpet looks clean. Then look at the cloth! Dare you post the results in the comments!

Important update 🚨

As of the 1st of April we will no longer be accepting bank transfers as payments. We are introducing card payments which our carpet technician can take at your property after the clean. We also still accept cash but please be aware we don’t carry change so please have the correct amount.

This next few months we are investing heavily in Purge Carpet Cleaning to take the business to the next level to become Leeds best carpet cleaning service. We have invested in new vehicles, uniforms for staff, machinery & the best chemicals on the market and WE STILL HAVE NOT INCREASED OUR PRICING STRUCTURE*

Thank you to all our loyal customers we try to keep our prices as low as possible as we understand better than anyone the cost of living. These changes are designed to make the carpet cleaning experience as easy and stress free as possible.
