✨ Price Update & Policy Changes – Effective 30th March 2026 ✨
Hi everyone….
All of my current customers should now have received a personal message regarding my decision to increase my hourly rate slightly from 30th March 2026.
If you are a regular client and haven’t received a message from me, or if you’d like to enquire about any future cleans, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll happily discuss my updated fees with you.
🧽 Cancellation Policy Reminder�I also want to publicly share my cancellation policy, which has been sent to all existing customers:
• 24 hours’ notice or less – 100% payment required�• Between 24 & 48 hours’ notice – 50% payment required
Late cancellations do have a significant impact on small businesses, and I appreciate everyone’s understanding with this.
🏠 End of Tenancy & Deep Cleans – Deposits Required
After reviewing my current (nonexistent!) deposit process, I’ve realised I need to put some security measures in place moving forward.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve been incredibly fortunate that all end of tenancy & deep clean enquiries have gone ahead as planned. I’m therefore hopeful that introducing a deposit system won’t cause any issues, but it will help protect my time and business.
From 30th March 2026:
• To secure any end of tenancy clean (including oven and carpet cleaning), a 25% deposit will be required.�• To secure a one-off deep clean of 5 hours or more, a 25% deposit will be required.
I hope all new and existing customers understand.
