Good evening.

I just want to address a few things and hopefully put things right.
Over the past few months as a business I have struggled. I have struggled with loosing staff, having too many clients and not enough time or staff to get to everyone. Letting people down without communicating properly.
I have been working tirelessly, I’ve been overwhelmed and stressed to high heaven.

We are also normal people with families. We have sick days, mental health days, kids being off school , Car trouble and loads of other things that can sometimes get in the way of a normal working day.

Over the last few weeks we have been training 3 new members of staff. This has put a strain on me and other members of the team as we pick up the slack whilst the trainees get up to speed.

I want to apologise to clients who we have had to let down for a multitude of reasons.

I also want to thank my long suffering clients who for many have been with us since 2021
Thanks for sticking by us 🩷 50 of you in total

We are hopefully out of the other side now and fully staffed for the first time in a very long time.

I’m now in a position to take on 4 new clients on a weekly or fortnightly slot.
It’s a minimum 2 hour slot. Wednesdays are fully booked.

Did you know that we have a sister Company?
It’s very new in its development and the website is under construction.
Rainbow Garments is a pre-loved clothing company that aims to to help reduce clothing going to landfill and give back to the community.
Clothing is one of the most polluted things to put in the ground due to all the chemicals used to process and make them!

If you have unwanted clothing, shoes and accessories we will collect for free. We Wash , dry and sort them and store them. Some will be sold on as pre-loved items ready for a second chance and others will be donated to Women’s refuge and various other UK based charities. Nothing will go to waste.
