At last I've got a post for you 🤭
Knitted one of Tracey D patterns "Alex". Done in Sirdar Snuggly. Her patterns are so easy to follow and very well designed.

Hoping it fits one of my granddaughters! I may even get a wee pic of her in it 🥰

I've managed to knit a little collared cardigan for one of my granddaughters, used alphabet buttons for the first time!
Just in case it's not clear enough I'll let you know it spells "Daisy" 🥰😄

Hey guys! Hope all good 🙏❣️
Now, I persevered with this cardigan for a LONG time for my partner, who has came down a bit in size!
Well done Robbie 👏 I intentionally done 3 sizes smaller when I saw his determination.
We know it's still just slightly small, but I'm sure next month it'll be perfect.
Pattern is Hayfield 9552. Knitted in Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Aran. I used 17 x 50grm balls. Got 2 bags of 10 when they had deals on.
I'm so pleased it isn't an order though because I'm starting to see a couple of mistakes 😫 But, I'm still managing to knit so as long as that stays I'm happy.

Now to knit something small and lighter coloured to give me a contrast!
Stay well, healthy and happy. Thats my goal, but bodies want to do their own thing and look for EVERY virus to "try out" 🙈🥹😫❤️💙

Oh how lovely and simple this pattern was, found it online.
Was convinced it was going to be tricky BUT was very impressed. Well done pattern maker. What do you guys think, please check designer out! Its easier than you think!! 🥰

Hi everyone! I promised I'd keep you updated on anything I managed to complete and Tah-dah here we are!!
It took about 2 months, I had to learn to try knit slow 🙄
So here we are, cardigan knitted in Debbie Bliss Cashmerino dk. I'll definitely wear this one 🥳
I'm enjoying a brilliant day with my beautiful granddaughter. She's 8 months so a bit too young to start knitting, but it's on the cards if she likes it!
PS I thought I'd show you my cup my partner bought me!! 🙈😂

WARNING..LONNNGG READ 🥳

Happy New Year everyone! 2026 🥰
So sorry I haven't posted for so long, it's been MONTHS 🥹
Last year was DIFFICULT. Worst thing to happen was my mum passing However.... we'd been caring for her almost 24/7 so it had been taking its toll on us all. At 97 years old, my mum had totally exhausted her supply of life.

I also had pain problems, which, because it all stemmed from my neck and shoulders, meant knitting was becoming seriously sore!
So, I stopped doing orders, promising my customers they'd stay updated.
To be honest, I wasn't satisfied with the quality of knitting I was producing, so as all knitters will understand......IT WAS TIME TO STOP AND REST! 🙈

Unfortunately the problem with my neck is here to stay, so sadly, VERY SADLY, I won't be returning to my orders.

I promise if there's any changes you'll all be informed IMMEDIATELY 🥰 This is difficult for me, which is why it's taken so long to let you all know 😢

PICTURES SHOWN ARE FROM MY FIRST PINS N NEEDLES CUSTOMER ORDER IN JANUARY 2017 TO MY LAST IN DECEMBER 2025.

I cannot EVEN IMAGINE the amount of items I've knitted over the years, from my first "TINY TEARS" outfit (only some will know her 🤣) completed at the crazy age of 3!!! Apparently I used to take my knitting to the nursery. This was in 1965!! 🥹🙄

So for those that managed to read this far a HUGE THANK YOU!!! I sincerely feel humbled by the amount of support over the years 💛

So, here's to 2026, may it bring everyone some form of peace 🙏

Had to share this!! 🤣🤣 We met the most loveliest, interesting, funny and gorgeous family on holiday just as mad as us and keeping all entertained was Vic, boss man! I promised him when I finished knitting my jumper I would "catwalk" it round the pool!! SO I DID!! ENJOY🤣🤣

And here's what I've been up to since before, during and after holiday! All for me me me! 🙄 My shoulder playing up too, so I'm trying to avoid heavy yarn or too many cabled patterns (that one didn't last long 😅)
So, blue one was knitted in a yarn I've had in my stash for a few years. It's a very old Jaguar one, like a cotton tape really. Enjoyed doing it, although toward the end I was secretly starting my next project 😬
Pink one is the luscious Debbie Bliss baby Cashmerino dk. Aw I just love this yarn. I stock up when its on sale, as we do!!

Hello hello! Had to say that twice because its been a while again. Well, holiday was amazing, still got my tan so far AND the smile on my face! 😅🌞

So....I now have 2 granddaughters to add to this amazing family. This picture is the oldest, "Indi", at almost 3 months wearing her Pins n Needles cardigan 😍 She is fairly blooming!

My other one, "Daisy" was born at the end of July while I was on holiday!! She's also a stunningly beautiful baby.

I'll let you see what I knitted for myself on holiday in next post tomorrow. Thankyou all followers fans
