Just to let everyone know this has been resolved. The parties involved have reached out to us and it has all been a big misunderstanding. There has not been any foul play involved so we would like to make sure no one’s business/reputation has been tarnished. Everything has been straightened out and is all fine. 👍🏼

Dear customers,

It has been brought to our attention that someone is claiming that we are behind with our work and turning up to clean windows “to help us”. This is not the case! We don’t know who this is and haven’t asked anyone to work for us. so if you encounter someone claiming this then please know this is not us and we would appreciate if you would turn them away. We don’t know why this is happening and would like it resolved as quickly as possible so we wanted to let you all know. This is mainly happening in the Clackmannan area so far. Please let us know in different area if this is happening. We have both greatly appreciated all your continued custom and look forward to going forward with you.
