💥😠This is not the condition in which we expected to receive our carpet cleaner back. The waste water tank was broken, and the machine still contained waste residue. We have now had to pay for a replacement out of our own pocket. In this case, the renter has made no effort to resolve the issue despite our attempts to do so. If any further damage occurs to the machines, we will charge a £50 damage agreement fee. Thanks 👍
