Congratulations to The Drain Company who have become the first in the UK to invest in the Picote Solutions Xpress Coating System!

This fantastic technology is suitable for re-coating pipes in diameters ranging from 32mm to 300mm, providing fast curing times, no waste, & minimal set-up time.

The innovative Xpress Coating Pump features dual hydraulic resin cylinders for the new 1:1, single-colour epoxy. It has a built-in extended battery life and internal resin heater which provides several hours of working time. The system also includes a motorised delivery hose reel with 40m of delivery hose allowing for easy setup, movement, and storage.

🌟 As little as 1 hour curing time between coats.
🌟 Superior thickness of = < 1mm per layer.
🌟 Vertical design saves on storage, transport, and job site space.
🌟 Use in conjunction with Picote Millers & Coating Brushes.
