📢 Darling Sisters Cleaning Services – Important Info for Our Clients!

Hi everyone! To keep things running smoothly, here are our updated Terms & Conditions for all cleaning appointments:

🧹 Booking: Please book your clean in advance by phone or text.
💷 Payment: Payment is due on the day of the clean, by the end of the day. You can pay by bank transfer or cash.
⏰ Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a £15 fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
🏠 Access: Please ensure access to your home at the agreed time.
✨ Cleaning: If you’re not happy with anything, let me know within 24 hours, and I’ll make it right!
🐾 Pets & Safety: Make sure pets are secure during the clean. I don’t clean hazardous areas (like bodily fluids or infestations).
📋 Insurance: I have public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Well this wasn’t one for the faint hearted, but we put our big girl cleaning knickers on and got the job done! Been left empty for 9 years, so it had its fair share of creepy crawlers ! Once we got over that it was all systems go to get this bungalow deep cleaned and disinfected! Photos don’t do it justice whatsoever! It turned out better than we thought 🤩😮‍💨👍🏼
