Just a friendly reminder to clients that we do request payment within 24 hours of invoice. Sadly I am having to chase quite a few invoices after more than 1 reminder. I know life gets busy and it can be easy to forget.
I don’t want to request payment up front but if invoices are not paid within the requested time I may have to as this is my business and livelihood.
Also, just a reminder that any Clean that is booked in and cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full amount and any Clean cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% in line with our terms and conditions
