If you want to keep your shower screens free from limescale in-between cleaning visits you don't need expensive cleaning products.
All you need is a squeegee.
Just squeegee the water off after every shower and it will prevent the build up of mineral deposits (limescale) being left behind when the water evaporates.

As the weather is changing there is more traffic on the roads and people are driving more cautiously, on top of this we have road works, road closures, bridge closures and accidents. We can't guarantee a specific arrival time because of these reasons. We will generally give a 30 minute time window to allow for this so please be patient, we try our best to get to you on time but sometimes it is just out of our control.

I know most customers understand this but there are a few who don't so I want to make this clear.

We sometimes work in pairs especially during busy periods so we can fit everyone in. This however does not affect the price or the total hours worked the only difference is that the current work time is cut in half as there is 2 people doing 1 persons work. For example 1 cleaner works 2 hours, if 2 cleaners do the job they will be there for 1 hour each which still equals a 2 hour total and 2 hours still need to be paid.
If 2 cleaners were to do 2 hours each that would be 4 hours in total and so 4 hours need to be paid.

I am very clear about this before we start any job. It's quite common in this industry and it's not a scam to get more money for less hours. We are hard working and honest people.

If you expect 2 cleaners to work 2 hours each and only pay for 2 hours that would mean we are working for a a lot less than minimum wage.

As a small business our overheads are quite low which helps to keep prices at a reasonable level but some people still don't understand that the price we charge per hour isn't what we actually earn as you would as an employee.

As self employed cleaners we don't get holiday pay or sick pay.
We have to buy and maintain our own products and equipment including cars needed for the job.
We have insurances to pay.
If we have employees we have their wages and their holiday pay.
For our air bnbs we work weekends, bank holidays, we take laundry off site to wash, dry, iron and pack up ready for the next clean which means when we get home our work doesn't stop we still have things to do.
Some of us do our own admin and accounting to keep the costs down but this still takes up our time when we aren't physically on the job.

I could go on but the point is please respect our worth and understand that we have to take into account all aspects of our job when pricing not just the physical time cleaning.
