With the years of knowledge I have gained with a local holiday letting agency, we are in an excellent position to help and know what is needed to succeed in obtaining a long letting season. As I have been in the position of working for a successful local letting agency, I understand the whole process from not only the letting agent’s point of view but also the tenants and the owner’s - all of whic

h are equally important to marry together to work well. There is the importance of keeping running costs to a minimum (for the owners) and yet producing the high quality service that tenants staying in the South Hams demand. This also means keeping your letting agency in the loop should any problems occur. We offer a helpful approach at all times, offering advice, taking responsibility and giving reliability of service to complete all tasks. We would like the opportunity to discuss your personal requirements to ensure that your visitors receive that true ‘Welcome Home’ experience.

Just received this glowing 5 star review from guests staying at Grove Cottages

Grove Cottages is an absolute oasis. It's nestled in one of those hidden Devon valleys, which you'd easily not know existed even if you were in a nearby village. The space, in an unseasonably hot week, was perfect - the extensive garden, outdoor seating and full sized pizza oven. Despite that being separated from the house by the lane, it is only ever driven on by residents of the four or five other houses further down the lane - so hours would pass without any car. We walked to Bantham Beach most mornings, and drove either there - or to one of the other nearby beaches (Bigbury!) later in the day.
Dartmouth is only half an hour away and we were also able to get to Torbay for a childhood holiday memory trip in under an hour. The house is beautiful and indeed, as the description said, immaculate. It's clearly a much loved family holiday home. We would very happily return.

What a transformation of Lower Goosewell cottage terrace!!

From a rather tired terrace and protective glass screen, that has certainly served the house well. Erected in the ‘60’s and now time to be taken down for this stunning modern fresh look!

Longfield. New side gate fitted. Looks SO much better than the old gate. Also netting barrier fitted to stop little dogs...
