So tonight I followed another recipe from my old cookbook. Minced beef with egg garnish. Its amazing how flavour profiles have changed in the last 80 years. It wasn't bad, but just simple and plain. Great for fussy eaters, however lacks punch. So many ways to re-invent this dish !!
