T&c’s

1.Payment is to be made 24 hours after your clean commences. Any late pays will be charged at £6 extra per day.
2.Cancellation policy is now at least 48 hours notice. Anything below this will be charged at half the price of original clean as this is my job and income.
3.Any illnesses please let me know to reschedule.
4.I can not stay longer than the agreed time, if you want extra time please let me before you’re clean, so I can find a suitable time and day and not of the day of your clean as I am back to back with work.

Just a gentle reminder that payments now have to be sent the day of booked cleans on completion, and if they aren’t a late payment fee will be added. This is my business and my income, you wouldn’t go to a shop and pay for items 3/4 days after. I can’t keep chasing people and reminding people to make the payments. I hope you understand🤍
