Dear clients,

Due to an increase in last minute cancellations, I will now have to introduce a cancellation policy. If a clean is cancelled on the same day it is scheduled, full payment will still be required. This also applies if I’m unable to access the property upon arrival for any reason.

As a small business, last minute changes have a massive impact. When I receive a late cancellation, it’s really difficult to fill that space at short notice and this directly affects my income and the running of my business.

I completely understand that unexpected things can happen and I’ll always try to be as flexible and understanding as possible. I just kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you do need to cancel or rearrange.

Thank you all so much for your continued support and I hope you understand 😊

Hi everyone! Just a quick wee message to kindly remind my clients how important payment on the day is for my little business. 💛

As a one-woman operation, I don’t have the buffer that bigger companies do so when a payment is late, it can really impact things like covering my supplies, fuel, and day-to-day costs. I absolutely love what I do, and staying on top of payments helps me keep everything running smoothly and continue providing the best service I can.

I completely understand that life gets busy, so thank you so much to everyone who pays promptly, it truly makes a big difference. Your support means the world to me! 🙌✨🏡
