Dear clients,
Due to an increase in last minute cancellations, I will now have to introduce a cancellation policy. If a clean is cancelled on the same day it is scheduled, full payment will still be required. This also applies if Iβm unable to access the property upon arrival for any reason.
As a small business, last minute changes have a massive impact. When I receive a late cancellation, itβs really difficult to fill that space at short notice and this directly affects my income and the running of my business.
I completely understand that unexpected things can happen and Iβll always try to be as flexible and understanding as possible. I just kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you do need to cancel or rearrange.
