This year I’ve set myself a challenge to get fit and I’ve signed up to a 10k charity run. I’m currently on week 2 of couch to 5k and I’ve joined a local running group. I’m definitely not a runner and I’m definitely not as fit as I was BUT I’m giving it a go on these dark, wet and very cold nights.
