First of all, I want to make it clear that there were no drains contaminated or fish affected by this job being carried out.😅🐟

Jaguar E-Pace / Mini Detail

Through in sunny Drummuir today to carry out an overdue detail on this pastel grey Jaguar E-Pace. Started off by getting the interior out of the way, which wasn't bad at all; full leathers and good plush carpets are always a winner.👌

Once we got onto the exterior, it's the usual 🕺:
Prewash/snow foam ☑️
Wheels/arches/tyres ☑️
Tar/fallout/glass ☑️
Contact wash ☑️
CeramiX to finish ☑️

This vehicle is now back clean, decontaminated, and protected for the months ahead, perfect for the slowly approaching winter. ❄️

While here, the exterior piano plastics were a bit oxidised and faded, so since we did the whole vehicle, we gave these a once-over just to tie everything together.🙌

As per our last post, we are still not taking bookings as we were, but I have a few jobs that can get done without upsetting folk, so I will get these done and see where we end up once I hear back from officials, etc.

Always a blast taking your vehicle from dirty to delicious.🤌😎

Bit of a s**te post this morning but i like to deal we issues rather than beat around the bush 🤙

Will be ceasing work untill we get issues resolved and please see if folk have an issue , come to me and we will get it resolved all this s**t does is hinder people making a living and to be completely honest , its annoying as f**k.

Vauxhall Cavalier 🫳
Paint restoration ☑️

Short and sweet tonight, folks, as I'm just dead done!! 😴

Propper throwback motor this 🤩

The customer needed his Cavvy back to a nice, single shade of red for the entire car. This is due to it going for a respray on the front/rear bumpers, boot, and skirts, so we haven't touched these areas with the machine.

Hell of a difference, not perfect, there are swirls here and there, but we weren't chasing perfection with this one. Can't wait to see it with fresh bumpers; it will look the mutt's nuts... 👀🤙

BMW returned for polishing and ceramic coating 🙌

Today we couldn't have asked for better weather to complete work on this now bloody gorgeous 535D. No rain, sun out, good temp 🤌

First of all, we did a prewash/snowfoam stage and washed the wheels. The reason being, we did all our prep work last weekend, but due to the weather then, we couldn't complete it.

The car wasn't badly swirled at all, but some areas were worse than others. Anglewax cut and refine polishes were used; I really can't fault this product at all!

We opted for Infinity Wax Synergy (2yr ceramic coating) for easy application, short set time, and outdoor application 👌

We have coated all body panels, door pillars, and mirror caps. The roof was not coated due to heavy fading on the vinyl wrap. The customer was made aware of this and we discussed potentially redoing the roof. Once that's done, we will get it coated and that'll be the full motor 🤙

Another great day here at sharp-carcare and im all for it 😝 bring on more cars , bikes and everything inbetwee.

Job 2 yesterday, over in Fochabers 🫡

Whilst we were in the process of completing the 535D, a neighbor came up and firstly asked us to deal with some dirt/dog drool and hair on the Alcantara seats. Of course, we obliged 😁 got it done then back to BMW. However... we ended up doing an exterior clean for the client as we got chatting, and this is going up for sale and she had to get photos etc. Me being me, I couldn't let her get dirty photos of the car 🤣

Usual dance outside as follows:
Prewash/snowfoam ☑️
Wheels/arches ☑️
Chem decon (fallout, tar wasn't bad) ☑️
Glass sprayed before a contact wash ☑️
Layer of CeramiX for a high gloss and hydrophobic finish ☑️

This was just a quick whip-round of the motor and the customer was made aware of this. Came out great, however, and that blue 😮‍💨

So bit of a shuffle about today we plans due to weather but we got em done 🙌

Today we had booked in this lovely BMW 535d for a deep clean, paint correction and ceramic coating , unfortunently the weather wasnt on our side so me and the customer discussed a plan of action , got the BMW prepped , cleaned and fully deconed , clay bar included and all going to plan will come to us for its correction and coating during the week 🤙

Whilst on the job we also made a new client and potential another couple too getting booked in a fortnight or so!!

Once we completed the 535d we , swapped it over with a mitsubushi evo X FQ-300 🤩👌 to which there was some interior work and a quick spruce up on the outside due to going up for sale, we will get this posted tomorrow morning 🙏

Got couppe videos to edit aswell as tomorrows post so plenty to keep busy even tho the soapy bubbles arent out!
