How fast has this year gone! It's been another very successful year for D&K Cleaning and I would like to say a huge thank you to all our customers old and new for your continued support.

We have got a final couple of days to go and then me and the girls break up for the Christmas week for a well deserved break.

When you turn up to one of your cleans and they have a new addition to the family 😍 I had to spend an extra half hour there so I could fuss him 🤪(not the best picture he was to excited to see me so he kept moving 🤣) I'm going to really look forward to seeing him every time I go 😍

Big shout out to our fantastic cleaning team for the work they have done in the extreme heat over the last couple of days, to make sure we keep customers happy and homes clean.
To be on the safe side we did reduced hours on Monday and Tuesday finishing no later than 11.30am but it was still really hot and hard conditions to work in! well done team great efforts from you all 💪🫧🏠

As the saying goes work hard play harder and that is certainly what we all did on Saturday day/night 😂🥂 and what a great day it was for a get together ☀️ we have a fantastic team of cleaners who always do great work.

The team managed to secretly arranged to get me this wonderful bunch of flowers which got brought to me today 💐 they were very unexpected to say the least but they are very much appreciated and just goes to show what a great bunch of cleaners we have ❤️😍

Thank you to all the team I couldn't do it without you I'm very greatful for all the hard work you put in each and every day thank you 🙂

Our Story

I started the business in 2010 wanting to spend more time at home with my new baby daughter, I realised that other families who worked full time would also have difficult decisions on where to spend their valuable time with many people coming home to chores around the house.

I initially started out with our ironing service from my home which still allowed me to spend some precious time with my daughter. The ironing business quickly grew and I started getting requests from customers to clean their homes.

I made the decision at this point to ask my mother in law to help out with the cleaning aspects as she had years of experience, with her help we have now grown to a team of 7 including me.

Our aim is to help those people who are short on time with our hassle-free cleaning & ironing services. What is better than coming home from work to a lovely clean home knowing that you are then free to spend the rest of your time on the important things.
