This was a TOUGH one 🥵
We were told this was an after build clean on an 8 bed 8 bath professional HMO but as you can see there is still a lot of work to be done 😅 there was electric in only some parts of the property, no running water, the toilets weren’t plumbed in, some showers weren’t connected & there was still loads of building materials left in the middle of the rooms 😩 But after a lot of actual blood, sweat & tears, we done it! 🙌🏼
The property was converted from a 2 bed ground floor flat and is now a 3 story house with 8 bed/bath and a communal kitchen/ dinning room so you can imagine the amount of dust in the place! I’ve genuinely never seen anything like it 😅 so proud of my team 🙌🏼👏🏼 just gutted I didn’t get before photos 😩
