We have been to Midflefields recycling village on 2 occasions today, yet still now have to empty a van for work tomorrow that is full of waste!
This morning told not allowed, it's an even day not an odd!.. Okay we follow instructions and are advised that we can return later in our other van (even reg) and empty then. As long as there is seats in the back of the van we will be fine. Okay then so wd do this to be sent away AGAIN...
Why? What has happened to using ones common sense please?
I mean I am all for rules that makes sense, keep people safe, etc
But please how has how we have been treated today helped anyone at all?
Sometimes rules can be slightly bent in order for common sense to prevail, the staff there could maybe benefit from some training on how to be a human being and not a robot
