UNKNOWN DYE TRANSFER

We had a call out to Meadow View holiday let near California Cross, Modbury, Devon.
After inspection it was concluded that the unknown dye unfortunately came from a guest dragging their suitcase up over the stairs & the dye from the case transferred on to the fitted carpet.
The dye was removed successfully with advanced stain removal techniques.
Stairs were then deep cleaned using our amazing low moisture, quick dry cleaning method.
The stair carpet was clean & dry in time for the next new guests to arrive.

Our basic carpet cleaning process, although this can vary depending on the carpet type & the level of soiling.

Site survey to assess what is required to get the best results possible.

Thorough vacuum & pre-treat any problem spots and stains found.

VIDEO - Agitating one of our many premium pre-sprays into the carpet fibres to suspend all the unwanted soils.

The agitation step of the clean is then followed with our Soil Extraction Transfer Technology (SETT) process to remove all the suspended soils using our fantastic orbital deep cleaning machines.

Groom the carpet to reset the pile, this also can help with the drying time.
