Site survey to assess what is required to get the best results possible.

Thorough vacuum & pre-treat any problem spots and stains found.

VIDEO - Agitating one of our many premium pre-sprays into the carpet fibres to suspend all the unwanted soils.

The agitation step of the clean is then followed with our Soil Extraction Transfer Technology (SETT) process to remove all the suspended soils using our fantastic orbital deep cleaning machines.

Groom the carpet to reset the pile, this also can help with the drying time.

Pet vomit on a 100% wool carpet.
The contaminant was treated and then flushed out.
Unfortunately on this clean there was a remaining stain👎
These types of stains can sometimes be permanent on wool carpet but with specialist time consuming techniques we managed to remove this one👍
Our customer was very happy with the results and so were we.
