To all my clients regarding the recent restrictions put in place.
Please don't panic, Dust Away will still be operating and attending your homes so there's one less thing to worry about. But to be able to do this in the safest way possible for yourselves and the Dust Away team we will need to adhere to the following:
💥 Soical distancing followed and where possible clients and cleaner to be in different rooms.
💥 All windows open where possible prior to cleaners arrival to ensure ventilation.
💥 Face coverings aren't mandatory but cleaners are prepared to wear one if clients request this.
💥 Only cloths/equipment supplied by clients will be used.
💥 If Clients or anyone in the household display any signs, they must inform Dust Away immediately.
💥 Clients must inform Dust Away if they have been in contact with anyone who has covid symptoms.
Dust Away would like to thank you all for your support at this difficult and challenging time. We would like to reassure our clients that if they wish to suspend their cleans, their slots will be safe until restrictions are lifted. We are happy to work with each client on an individual basis to ensure that their needs are met.
