A huge welcome to **Storm Bennett**! 💙

We're so excited to have Storm joining our businesses as she leaves her role as Active Schools Coordinator to start this new chapter with us.

When Storm describes her role, she summed it up perfectly:

**"I'm here to tame the crazy ideas and roll with the wild ones."** 😄

And honestly... I couldn't have said it better myself!

From day one, we've shared the same belief that businesses should always put people first. Treat people well, do the right thing, pay fairly, show compassion, but still have the structure that helps everyone thrive. I already know Storm is going to bring so much to our team (and yes... she'll definitely keep me in line!).

At A Days Clean and Stays for Days, we don't believe people should ever feel like just another number on a rota.

We know that life doesn't fit neatly into a 9–5. Families, children, appointments, caring responsibilities, studying, or simply wanting a better work-life balance all matter. That's why we build flexibility into our team wherever we can.

In return, we have a team of people who genuinely care. They care about our guests, our clients, our standards, and each other.

We've always believed that if you look after your people, they'll naturally look after your business. Not because they have to, but because they want to.

Everyone deserves to feel valued.
