Yorkshire Water - Hosepipe Ban

Hi All

Just wanted to reassure customers who have booked a hot tub and those wanting to book during the Yorkshire Water hosepipe ban.

The hosepipe ban that starts on Friday, the 11th of July, does not affect businesses that require the use of water to allow them to continue trading. As water is essential to the running of our business, we are exempt from this ban.

All present and future bookings will go ahead as normal while the hosepipe ban is enforced, and we will be able to fill the hot tub using your hosepipe and water supply without any penalty to you.

We're not in a position to comment on the ifs, buts, whys, and wherefores of the ban and leave the decision to hire or not to hire up to you.

We will be monitoring bookings during the hose pipe ban and may introduce cost incentives for longer-term hire that would spread the usage of water over time.
