What a fantastic job the RevolutioN boys have done!

Winters coming so time to get back in the engine shed. The Pendo managed to build up enough momentum before Chester to reach Chirk without additional power.

Well that was a grand road trip delivering Nellies!

It's been a while coming, but here's our latest newsletter for everyone:

It’s been ten months since our last Newsletter. Terribly sorry for that; it’s proving somewhat difficult to maintain my day job whilst also manufacturing and delivering Nelevators. Delivery Status However, we have delivered nearly 100 units now, mostly N Gauge, but with the first batch of OO uni...

A long while in the waiting, but to make up for it we've produced an extra-long newsletter update for everyone:

We hope you’ve had a relaxing summer and some great model progress has been made. It’s been a while since our last newsletter, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t got a lot of news to tell you. It’s been flat out in the Nelly shop: building, delivering and developing the Nelly range and peripheral prod...

Fantastic afternoon in the Nellyshop destruction testing a 6ft OO Nelly. We succeeded!!! 😂 Thanks to Marcus and Dave for bringing lots of their stock to load it up. We've defined that we need to carry a load of 8kg. A bit of work to do but a big step forward. First move is to increase the counterbalance weight to give the electronics, motors and gears an easier life. Looking forward to moving up to the next level. Oh, and another 3 Nellies delivered today. Tired happy day!

Help me all you OOers please. We've been putting the 6 foot OO Nelly through its paces this afternoon. It can carry up to 7kg per stack of 6 trains. Is that enough? I don't know. I can wind the power up a bit or increase the counterbalance weights for heavy loads. Can anybody weigh a typical load they would like to carry per stack of 6. Great news though. Look, no sag even with this weight. I'm going to try this on the N gauge 6 footers next.

8 Nellies are going to their new homes this week! That's a new high. First 5 OO units will going out soon, waiting for toothed pulley delivery which was expected 2 weeks ago. The OO 6 footers are awesome. I've had to design a suspension system to prevent sag but that needed doing anyway for the N gauge 6 footers and we will offer it as a retro fit. On another note I've fitted some cheap Chinese reversing cameras to my own Nelly to help me park as the portals are hidden, they work really well! We've also had the first production boards back of the traffic light system. It's fantastic! If Nelly's moving, approach traffic is isolated. If approaching traffic is sensed, Nelly won't move. The traffic light board also has our first go at DCC control and Richard has sent commands. It works!!!!! All good news from the Nellyshop. We are really ramping up deliveries now and are still prioritising orders that are ready to install and use it . Please let me know if either: you're in no hurry or you are desperate to play. All the best and thanks again for your support. Allen
