MOBILE CLEANER VACANCIES – JOIN OUR TEAM! 🌟
📍 Cambridgeshire – Full Time | Immediate Start
New round starting up so need 2 cleaners .
Looking for a new opportunity with great pay, benefits, and a supportive team? We’re hiring Mobile Domestic/Office/Welfare Cleaners to work in teams of two across Cambridgeshire.
🧽 What We Offer:
✅ Basic salary of £26,984 (Over 21s)
✅ Overtime available
✅ Transport provided for work duties

✅ Full training given – no experience necessary

🕐 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 6:30am to around 3:30pm
🚗 A driving licence is an advantage but not essential – we’ve got the transport covered!

We just want to say how kind our customers are.

Adam has come to the rescue at very short notice — on his day off today — to carry out a full end of tenancy clean, including the cooker and carpets, all on his own. We were really happy to help the customer out when they needed it most.

The customer was so pleased and grateful that they surprised him with a bottle of Southern Comfort as a thank you — even before the job’s been done!
It really does mean a lot to us. We truly appreciate our amazing customers

✨ The cleaning operatives love to show off their great work – and this one was definitely worth the trip! ✨
We travelled all the way to Brentwood in Birmingham to carry out a full clean of a beautifully refurbished pub for our client Creative Interiors.
The finished result at The Fosters Pub looks absolutely fantastic, and we’re proud to have played a part in getting it ready to welcome customers. 🍻
Some of the areas hadn’t even been refurbished and have been in the pub since it was first built — so they needed a damn good clean! 💪✨ Safe to say, our team delivered!

We specialise in high-quality new build cleans and pride ourselves on delivering spotless homes ready for inspection and handover. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Operations Manager to ensure all sites meet the highest standards.

🔎 The Role:

✔️ Support daily operations across multiple sites
✔️ Prepare new builds for inspections
✔️ Supervise and carry out scheduled cleans
✔️ Conduct site audits & quality checks
✔️ Coach, train and support cleaning teams
✔️ Identify skill gaps & drive performance improvements
✔️ Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in construction/build cleaning an advantage
• Previous supervisory or management experience an advantage
• Strong knowledge of H&S on construction sites
• Confident leading teams, auditing & training staff
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, organised and solution-focused
