A quick reminder to all our customers regarding payments.
We believe 7 days is a fair and reasonable time to pay your window cleaning bill, and we kindly ask that all payments are made within this time.
We are a small local business, and keeping payments up to date helps us keep everything running smoothly.
⚠️ Please be aware:
• Payment is expected within 7 days of your clean.
• Persistent late payments may result in you being removed from our round.
• If your account remains unpaid, we may not book you in for another clean until payment has been received.
We appreciate that sometimes things get forgotten, and we are always happy to help if you let us know there is a problem. However, we do need our payment terms to be respected.
