Now that the summer holidays have arrived, I just wanted to give all of my customers, new and old, a gentle reminder of my cancellation policy ๐ค
I completely understand things crop up and sometimes plans change. I promise, I get it! ๐ However, I do ask that at least 72 hours notice or more is given should a planned clean need to be cancelled. This allows me time to visit an alternative home / customer and potentially refill the allocated slot. Cancellations that occur later than 72 hours prior to my visit will incur a charge. Any cancellations made earlier than this, I will happily alter free of charge ๐๐ผ
Just to ensure I'm fair and crystal clear, a cancellation made 48 hours prior to my visit is subject to a 50% payment of the cost of that scheduled clean. A cancellation made 24 hours or less prior to my visit is subject to the full payment of the cost of that visit. The costs of which would need to be paid in full before any further clean can be re-scheduled. Failure to cover the cost of cancellation (if any) will result in your given slot being re-advertised.
As many people also know, I am also currently back to back with customers, so sadly, I am unable to offer an alternative time slots as it stands for my set cleaning dates too.

Can I please ask that all my current customers as well as any new potential clients if you're considering joining my rota, please take a moment to read the below notice applicable with immediate effect.
This has been something that I've been on the fence about for a long time and as someone who juggles many plates, I appreciate that sometimes, things crop up. However, I am a small business, trying to earn an additional income for my family and have to try and protect myself where possible from loss of earnings that are out of my control.
My cleaning dates for the following month are issued in advance and as long as I'm notified within more than 48 hours for any need to re-schedule or cancel a visit, no charge will be incurred.
