It’s that time of year again & I’ve started receiving lovely Christmas cards, thank you very much!!
Since 2011, I know you all know, I donate to Kirkwood Hospice instead of sending cards, life moves on but this is a tradition that will not stop on my part. Kirkwood Hospice cared for my whole family & for that I will always be very grateful!
So I would like to wish all our lovely customers a ‘Very Merry Christmas’ - this is my Christmas card & wish to you all! 🤶
On top of all that I’d like to thank you all for your loyalty, it is very much appreciated!

I just want to say a big thank you for all your kind words, support & flexibility while we are dealing with the sudden loss of our 22 month old doggy, Molly.
I also want to say I won’t be charging retainers anymore, flexibility is definitely key for us all, as you’ve all shown me this week.

Good morning everyone
Just a polite reminder of the price increase this week & also our cancellation policy.

‘Cancellation Policy’
Cleans up to 2 hours - £10
Cleans above 2 to 4 hours £20
Cleans above 4 to 6 hours £30
Any cancellation within 12 hours of the clean eg the night before I would ask for full payment.

Good Morning to our all our lovely customers, I hope you’re enjoying the sunshine.
I’m afraid it’s that time when to keep up with the world & other cleaning companies I’m going to have to raise our prices. I don’t like doing this, especially in this climate but I hope you all understand.
From 1st August the new price will be £16 per hour.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your loyalty over the last few months, it’s not been easy & you’ve all been amazing, we really do appreciate it, so again thank you!
