Hi, hope your all well? I hate having to send this message but after a tough few months I have had no choice but to draft something up.
As appointments/slots are booked in advance I do require a minimum of 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel, and if not then I will have to charge 50% of the price as I am unable to fill the slot and therefore losing out on a wage. With times been how they are and been self employed I need to make sure I have something in place as had quite a few cancellations at short notice over last 6 months.
Again I am sorry to have to put this in place.
