I’ve never set out to build a team of cleaners.
From the very beginning of EBcleans, I’ve always been looking for people.
People with kindness.
People who genuinely care.
People who take pride in the little details.
People who understand that caring for someone’s home is about so much more than cleaning.
Whenever I meet someone interested in joining our team, I’m far more interested in getting to know them than I am reading through a CV.
I want to know their story.
Their passions.
What makes them happy.
What they’re looking for in life.
Because skills can be taught.
Attention to detail can be developed.
But kindness, pride and genuinely caring about people are much harder to teach.
Over the years, I’ve met so many wonderful women who have chosen a different path.
Some have stepped away from demanding corporate careers.
Some wanted more flexibility around family life.
Some simply wanted work that felt more meaningful.
When I ask them what they love most about working with EBcleans, they rarely say it’s the cleaning.
Instead they talk about the freedom.
The flexibility.
The trust.
The purpose.
The feeling of leaving someone’s home knowing they’ve made a difference to someone’s day.
That’s what EBcleans has always been about.
Not simply finding cleaners.
Finding good people who care.
🤍 If you’re looking for meaningful work with a supportive team that values quality over rushing, we’d love to hear your story.
