Standard clean:
Dust and polish
Hoover/mop all floors
Kitchen worktops, hob and sink
Bathroom bath, shower, toilet and sink
Mirrors

Deep clean:
Dust and polish
Hoover/mop all floors
Kitchen worktops, hob, sink, cupboard fronts and handles, fronts of appliances
Bathroom bath, shower, toilet, sink, tiles and units
Mirrors
Interior windows
Skirting boards and doors
Radiators wiped down

End of tenancy cleans

Extras:
Fridge/freezers
Cupboards

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* if anyone is unhappy with any of the cleaning we carry out, please inform us on the day the clean was carried out so we can rectify the problem. After this time can not be resolved.
* We accept cash or bank transfer upon finishing the clean.
* We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, we would offer other options to rectify any problem.
* If you are booked in for a clean and you need to cancel we need 48hours notice, any cleans cancelled after this time will be charged full price.
* We are unable to move heavy furniture or clean up a height for our safety.

Hi everyone as there has been quite a lot of COVID cases around Fencehouses/houghton area I would like to politely ask if any of my customers think they have the virus or may have been in contact with anyone who could have the virus or have been around any of the pubs in the area that have had to close due to these cases please contact me and re-arrange their cleans. If any clean is cancelled giving less than 24hours notice will still be charged, I hope everyone can understand this.

I say this with a very heavy heart that I have decided for the safety of myself, my family and all of my lovely customers that I will have to stop doing my cleans and close for business. I’m gutted as I have worked so hard over the last year to get where I am today, but it is the best thing for me to do at this awful time. In regards to coming back to do all of yours cleans, I will be following government guidelines and will get in touch with you all when everything is okay to start back again. I hope you all take care and stay safe
