Hi everyone 👋

A few clients mentioned that my last pricing letter felt a little unclear — especially around how timing works when two cleaners attend. Thank you so much for the feedback. I want everything to be simple and transparent, so here’s a clear breakdown of my updated prices and how team cleaning is calculated.

🏡 Regular Cleaning Services (from 1 April 2026)

✨ Basic Clean
£20 per hour per cleaner
Includes: kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, hoovering, mopping, dusting, bins, general tidy.

✨ Deep Clean
£25 per hour per cleaner
Includes everything in Basic Clean plus skirting boards, limescale removal, inside microwave, detailed bathroom/kitchen clean, high‑touch areas.

👥 How Team Cleaning Works

To keep things fair, the hourly rate applies per cleaner.
This means time is counted as combined labour:

🕒 2 cleaners for 30 mins = 1 billable hour
🕒 2 cleaners for 1 hour = 2 billable hours
🕒 1 cleaner for 1 hour = 1 billable hour

This is standard practice in domestic cleaning and ensures you only pay for the amount of work completed.
