❌ Cancellation Policy ❌

To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

Cancellation Terms:

* More than 48 hours notice: No charge.
* Less than 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply.
* Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The full cost of the scheduled cleaning may be charged.
* If our team is unable to access your property at the agreed appointment time and no prior arrangements have been made, this will be treated as a no-show.

We understand that emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us manage our schedule fairly and continue providing a reliable, high-quality service to all of our customers.
