This is going to be the biggest physical challenge I have ever faced. I am doing this in memory of Scott to stop anyone else going through the pain we are. Anyone who knows me knows I don’t even walk to the post box. I would be so greatful if everyone could share and donate even if it’s £1. I am walking 100km doing the ultra challenge around Lake District. For those who thought su***de was their only option and for those struggling.

It is with a very heavy heart to tell you all that Scott lost his battle with mental health and took his own life. He had been unwell for the last 3 years. He was an amazing husband and father and we are heartbroken. Thank you all for your support over the years I know that Scott thought so much of you all.
