REMINDER OF CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy:
Please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel, and there will be no charge.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the regular cost for the scheduled cleaning slot.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the regular cost for the scheduled cleaning slot.
Explanation:
Lately, I’ve had a number of last-minute cancellations. I completely understand that emergencies happen and plans sometimes need to change. However, I would like to explain our situation: my team and I have families and commitments, just like everyone else. I need to ensure that I provide the agreed hours to my team and pay them accordingly, even if a last-minute cancellation occurs.
Additionally, we plan for commuting, arranging babysitters, and preparing for each appointment. Last-minute cancellations put us in a difficult position.
