Hey everyone 👋

I'd just like to say to anyone who looks at booking in a clean or would simply like a quote from me can you please send accurate pictures of the rooms you would like cleaning as this is the only way appropriate time can be determined by the pictures you send me. Sending me pictures of rooms when they were first done up gives a false sense of how long that particular room will need. Which means not enough hours will be booked in and this leaves both yourselves and me feeling disappointed that I couldn't do everything you wanted me to do within the time that was allocated to your clean. Recently I've had new cleans where the rooms just wasn't anything like the pictures I was sent and if I had been sent up to date pictures a deep clean would have been booked and not a general domestic clean. Plus, extra hours.

Please understand that requesting a 2 hour clean and expecting multiple rooms being cleaned from a general domestic clean when in fact the rooms need deep cleaning is just impossible. If you are confused as to what the differences are please ask me and I'd be more than happy to explain.

I want nothing more than to leave everyone I clean for happy with what I do and I always try hard to achieve that. I want to help you but in order for me to help you, I need you to help me too.

This means I am taking on more bookings in the Leicester area. If you are in the Leicester area and are interested in a general domestic clean by a reliable and trust worthy cleaner, please feel free to get in touch.

We are fully insured and all cleaning products (eco friendly where possible) and equipment will be supplied. We have amazing attention to detail and will always do our best to ensure we leave your homes looking as good as new ✨️

General domestic cleans are currently £15 an hour. Please note that when booking for a clean payment will need to be made upon booking to secure your slot 🧼🧽
